Clients must cancel 24 hours before appointment time, or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No call no shows will
Be charged 100% of the service fee. If clients are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, there appointment will be cancelled and they will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
